I am Lindsi Sanor, your very own certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I help people take back their lives by starting in the gym. When you start your journey with me, it will be your first step to finding out what you are truly capable of. The Process

Analyse Your Goals

Before we can get to burning off those pounds, tightening your glutes, and chiselling out those abs, we need to talk about what your overall goals are and how quickly you’d like to achieve them. 

Develop A Game Plan

Now that we know your goals, we need to come up with a game plan. We’re going to take a look at your previous workout experience, current eating habits, how often you’re able to workout and for how long, and then we’ll tie it together with your goals. From there we’ll build out a strategy that will send those stubborn fats running.  

Time To Get To Work

Training has officially begun! We like to start by easing our way into things so that we can make sure you’re using proper form and techniques for every exercise. Taking this approach will ensure you get the most out of your workouts and don’t pull a muscle. Especially if it’s been a while since the last time you worked out, or you’ve never worked out before.  Once we get into the rhythm of things, we’ll make sure you remain on track with your goals by doing weekly/monthly updates.

Optimize Your Workouts

Once we get to this stage we’re going to keep close tabs on the goals you’d like to meet, and see what can be improved. Every week/month we will help you make the proper adjustments to both your workouts and your nutritional needs.

High-Intensity Interval Training is an absolutely amazing way to get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time! HIIT training is a training style where you have to give it everything you have, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.

Wait… what? No weights?

Don’t you worry! When doing HIIT workouts, you generally use only your body weight, since the focus is on getting your heart rate up and keeping it there. These workouts are proven to burn fat, increase your endurance, and get you shredded! 

Full-body workouts are definitely one of my favorite types of workouts! With this style of workout you will train every major muscle group in your body. This would include your chest, back, arms, legs, and abs, in every workout. The purpose of doing full-body workouts is to exercise and engage as many muscle groups as possible in one movement. The reason for this is because, single movements that activate all those muscle groups demand a lot of energy and burn more calories.

What are the benefits of full-body workouts?

  • Efficient and ideal for beginners.
  • You improve your overall body strength, rather than just in one area.
  • Your muscles begin to support each other when activated.

Strength and conditioning training is where we focus strictly on building the strength, size and endurance of specific muscle groups at a time. Strength and conditioning training usually involves resistance bands and your body weight.

  • Helps in improving your overall health
  • Improves the strength and toughness of bones, tendons, muscles and ligaments.
  • There is less pressure on your joints
  • Improves cardiac functions
