$35 Monthly Group Training (8 Sessions per Month) costs $4 per session
$425 Monthly One-On-One Training (8 sessions per month) costs $53 per session
$975 “Adapt Or Die 8 Week Bootcamp” (24 Sessions over 8 weeks) costs $40 per session
$200 per person for Exclusive group training (8 sessions per month) costs $25 per session per person.
You will FEEL a difference after the 1st week and will see a difference in 2-3 weeks,but I want you to focus on the “feel”. By doing that, you will always see a difference,which will give you motivation to keep going.
The first 2-3 weeks of an exercise program, it is normal for your body to gain weight.This is cause by water retention and is temporary.
There are several reasons this could be happening and some answers aren’t fun.First, I would ask you to take a look at your food journal. Is it accurate? And is there more thanone area to get better with? Second, is your workout intensity where it should be?Last, are you out-eating the effort you are putting in? If all of these are ruled out, it’s time to get those hormones checked.

Most of the group classes are suitable for those of you that are 50+ years of age. Health and Medical conditions will be reviewed during our initial assessment. Based upon your assessment you can enroll into other programs.
Absolutely! Regardless of which class you signed up for, you will have to go through an initial assessment to determine what you should and shouldn’t do. Once the assessment has been completed, we can modify some of your routine/exercises to suit your needs.
